1947(T7) Parker 51 Vacumatic filler Pen & Pencil set. Cedar Blue. Hard to find Rhodium over Coin Silver caps. They're in outstanding condition. No dents, dings or scrapes. Perfect, full Rhodium coating. Mirror like polished bands at openings. Pen cap shows some very faint handling marks. Nothing even apparent to the bare eyes. You'll need a loupe to see anything. Pencil cap is mint. Gold Fill over Solid Silver pocket clips. Full enamel blue diamond on pen pocket clip. Gold Fill trim is bright and unscratched. Two tone clutch ring with very bright contrasting gold wash center band. Pen has a Medium/Broad nib that writes super smooth, big and wet. Pencil is twist type and functions as new. I doubt it was ever used. Original eraser is unused and still soft. Spare leads stored beneath. Plastic on pen and pencil is fantastic. Glossy. No scratches. Crisp imprint on pen. Flush blind cap. Pencil color is darker than the pen, typical for Parker 51 sets as the pencil plastic differed from the pen's. The pen is fully restored with a new diaphragm. It's ink free and ready to write. Comes in a nice oiginal Parker 51 presentation case. No stains or marks. |
